30 minutes onsite interview talking with the team. Walked through my resume and asked something about machine learning projects and how they can be applied in their work. They have some specific needs to decrease the type 2 error in their model, so I was asked how to do that.

Technical discussion of past experiences and projects, especially how they relate to the current role. Specifically asked about models that were implemented, why they were chosen, details about their implementation and why they were better than a more basic model, etc... pretty in depth regarding past experiences. I was expecting it to be a purely coding round and was pleasantly surprised that there was no live coding in the first round. Was told it would be 2 rounds total, did not make it to second round.
