After interviewing with a recruiting firm one time only, they sent me to Deutsche Bank within one day. They performed all the background checks and skill set tests. The recruiting firm advised me the position specifically calls for a young, and very attractive person. Met with the direct supervisor. No second or third interviews. No interview with Human Resources.

Entrevista
I met with different people I'd be working with, and typical administrative questions. The people were all great to speak with and it was clear I was a good fit but when it came to compensation time, they just couldn't deliver. SF is an expensive city with a competitive filed for assistants. If they want good assistant, they need to offer more money for finance.
