The interviewers are good in terms of their knowledge but lack a lot of manners. This was the worst interview experience ever. Midway through the interview itself, I had decided I am not going to join them because of such a work culture. Coming to the interview, the interviewer was asking genuine questions but is not at all bothered to even write it on the shared code pad, which caused a lot of confusion as to what exactly does he mean to ask. Secondly, he had no regard for my approach, nor neither did he want to discuss the pros and cons of an approach there is only one approach, the one that he has implemented, and that's the only one he wants. Shame that a company with such a reputed name has people with such a lack of professionalism. However the HR is very helpful, she has empathy and understands her role.
