One of my friends handed in my application for the Problem Manager job. The HR lady was very friendly over the phone, asked me a few random questions, what they usually do during the first "quality" check. We agreed on a face to face interview. I turned up in time, they were a couple of minutes late only. We sat in to a rather small interview room, but it was full of windows, so I didn't feel any pressure. A few questions about my past experience, a few technical related questions, language skill test, and happy days we were done. HR rang me up a few days later with their offer, we went into some minor negotiations, and agreed. End of story.
