It was pretty straightforward, and they said I was eligible to do the Python assessment, but due to the lack of knowledge of job placement, I declined my application. They mentioned that the role required a training program where you would not be given your location assignment until accepting your offer and being six weeks into the training program.

The process starts with having to complete a series of assessments covering personality and cognitive ability, and then a programming lesson with a project to turn in at the end. After that there is a 1-on-1 interview followed by a group interview.

You owe 35k if you drop out of their intensive program. Once completing this, you can be deployed anywhere in the US. The program seems legit, but the commitment is a bit much.
