Phone rounds went well and in the final round of interview, I was there waiting in the lobby to someone assist me where to go, no one turned up and i was late,a senior most professional person who is lack of patience in understanding the concepts and differentiation of my explanation with another professional are waiting for me , the reason why i specified (lack of patience and rude attitude), Interview is something which you should know the candidate not to show him what you are, Candidate is not here to see all those, he expects a wide sharing of knowledge and his skills, not dis-respecting the candidate, which i feel i did not expect from a company like UBS. conversation with other two senior most professionals are quite impressive and made me feel comfortable. Anyhow i do not consider to work with those kind of typical attitude person, One should need a peace of mind and patience and respect others answer, not even knowing the candidate skills and contributions to opensource technologies, No matter what in workplace or an interview this kind of attitude is not at all accepted. Anyhow i did not ask any questions and left, i felt Morgan Stanley Interview Panel is far better than UBS in treating the candidates. I never wrote reviews and hate writing reviews but who ever is being interviewed here they should know what kind of person they are meeting with .
