Entrevista
I was first scheduled with a recruiter/screener. I was referred by a professional colleague, also a DI employee, so I was hopeful that I would progress further than the screening. I was told I would be made aware of next steps with a short period of time, and when I heard nothing, I followed up. It took a few days for a reply, which was vague. Basically, they said that I would not be progressing to a formal interview. However, I learned that the company was undergoing some sort of reorganization, and the person I would have reported to no longer oversaw the position, and the position remained open and unfilled, per the company website.

I was asked about my experience as it relates to the position, which was extensive, but from another field. The screener mentioned that I was referred, and eluded to moving to the next stage, who I would interview with, etc. Then, radio silence.

Entrevista
Interview consisted of five separate interviews with leadership throughout the company. It was a mixture of behavioral questions, and questions about my experience. I was put on hold in one interview, and experienced various other unprofessional behaviors that I ignored until I was completely ghosted by the company and then I realized how disorganized they really are.

Entrevista
Phone interview with the hiring manager and then a panel interview onsite. The interviews were pretty standard and not very difficult. They ghosted me after the panel interview. I sent a follow up email with references per their request but never heard anything after that.
