Pretty quick process. After I submitted my application online, I received a call from main office for a brief phone interview. When I was approved and seemed I had the soft skills and mindset, I was scheduled for a group interview. There were around 20 people there, and some miscommunication with the time so I and a few others missed part of the introduction. You go in one by one on a first come first serve basis (so arrive early) and can leave right after. Got a call later that day regarding job offer. After you get job offer you have to attend orientation then perform by gettig 3 people to sponsor a child within 3 days to keep job.
