Voice mail by BU Manager informing an offer would be made
HR email 1 day later indicating the application was not successful. (Never saw phisically HR by the way)
For a company where excellence is the word, this is at least, weird.
This means a lot of their management skills, HR management and the way they are seing people in general.
Should avoid this company.
