Simple and fast process. 3 steps. First a call with someone from HR to present a possible project and know a llitle more about you and your skill. A code challenge, followed by another metting with another engineer to discuss about your code challenge result and the solution you made. Finally interview with the project team followed by an offer.

What an hard challenged you faced recently and how did you solve it?
I was offered the position,
but when I attempted to negotiate with HR, I did not receive any response. I also tried calling her several times to follow up on our discussion, but she never answered my calls or got back to me afterward.
The hiring process included 3 rounds, first round was an HR interview, second round was an online assesment on maths and English, third round was a technical interview with a specialist
I began the interview process with an online application and was soon invited for an HR screening to discuss my background and goals. Next, I completed a technical assessment and a panel interview focused on my problem-solving skills
