The company uses AI to make sure that no time is wasted and that whoever gets an interview is actually qualified and worth the time. I liked that part. They asked for me to upload a video sharing why I would be a good fit which was unique. I got to the second round - the interview was all behavioral, non technical. Just getting to know you as a person and your skills. They make you do an assessment - a few of them actually. I don’t fit well with these timed test and that pretty much ended my process for interviewing.

The interview process went very smooth. Just a heads up that it is an extensive process. There is a total of 4 interviews and a practical/behavioral test (in my situation at least). This is to help vet out a portion of the candidate pool as well as seeing if the candidate is a true fit for the company. All of the interviewers were super friendly and can answer any questions you have.
