First stage of the interview process took place in person and lasted over one hour. The questions were easy and focused mostly on career goals, motivations for the job and previous professional experience. It is very unfair to expect candidates to travel to an office location (outskirts of London), organize over an hour long interview and not give any application update afterwards. If applicants offer you their time to travel and complete tasks, you should be able to spare a few minutes to let them know about your hiring decisions.
