worst!!!!! its not a company instead its a drama theatre.Around 100+ candidates were there at the date of test. Before everything they made a seperation between males and females.then for female candidates q.paper with 10 aptitude questions and for males q.paper having both technical and aptitude given. after 15 (before 11.30)mints some staff came and said to female candidates "are you waiting for your friends? no need to wait.. you can leave. they will have test till 2'0 clock ". wow... what a good company madam. what a beautiful script!!! company with gender discrimination blindness. i would like to say some thing clearly dear Dexcel. never ever insult candidates. we are not some beggers came there to request your kindness. we are qualified professionals. if you dont want females dont send call letter. some advice to company: Change your HR deparnment ASAP. otherwise they will ruin this company.

Here it was three rounds of interview, one is for Telephonic with technical panel basic level second also a technical interview , it was basically based on my previous exp and technical stuff used and 3rd is managerial discussion.
