Easy HR interview, followed by manager interview, followed by a panel interview with manager (again), a coworker, director, and 2 managers from teams you would work closely with. The interview went well and I followed up with HR weeks after, and they said the team was still making a decision. Fast forward a month and a half later, I find out they ghosted me after the panel interview without the courtesy of telling me I didn’t get the job. Classless organization and HR for sure
