This company is a joke. Just look at their jon postings and the pathetic, unlivable salaries they offer. I was reached out through LI by a very green technical recruiter who asked if I would be interested in hearing about a "great" opportunity with one of their "top clients", Bank of America. I said I'd speak to her and sent her my resume (per her request). I felt like it was sketchy from the onset. I have over 20+ yoe and was making 6 figures in my previous role. My profile shows how experienced and qualified I am. The position she proposed to me paid $25-30/hour and was a very junior AA/glorified receptionist role, at best. Needless to say she wasted my time. Then to add insult to injury, said that in her experience that is what the market is paying. This girl needs to snap out of it quickly and learn how to actually source a role. For an entry-level position reach out to an AA's with a year experience who would be happy for such unrealistic pay!!!
