O processo foi longo, iniciou com uma abordagem pelo linkedin em dezembro/24, Fiz mais de 3 entrevistas com diversas pessoas e no fim do processo, mesmo solicitando um feedback, não recebi retorno.

Entrevista
The process started with an approach from a recruiter and an initial conversation with them. There was a second technical phase, followed by a stage with the VP of Solutions. After all these stages (which took quite a long time due to the participants’ schedules), I had to follow up with messages to find out if there was any feedback from the selection process, until I was informed that the position would be put on hold for an indefinite period. The whole process ended up being a waste of time.

Entrevista
Fiz apenas a entrevista inicial, me falaram sobre a vaga, modelo de negócio e pude me apresentar. Bem tranquilo, nada fora do padrão. Demonstraram abertura para fazer perguntas sobre o dia a dia e responderam todas as dúvidas.
