Very unprofessional recruiter and terrible interview process. The recruiter was trying to schedule an interview with me and her client, but she didn’t care about my time whatsoever, after giving her my availability for the week(Tuesday to Friday 11am to 1pm) she got back to me saying it’s tomorrow at 8am or not happening, mind you, I didn’t even had the job description. After much consideration, and with current job market, I decided to take it, I took the day off from my current job to interview with her client. The interview went well and I feel like I did good. But got ghosted by both, Dexian and their client. No feedback, no rejection email, nothing. Anyway, I feel like I dodged a bullet with Dexian, horrible experience and won’t recommend it. Very unprofessional recruiter and repeatedly lied about emailing me the job description only to get it late at night before the 8am interview.
