Started with a self-introduction, then asked about previous experience I listed on my resume. Interviewers valued relevant technical skills a lot and asked me a lot of questions regarding those skills. The interview was supposed to last for 1 hr but ended earlier.

Technical test and questions with physical kit sent through the mail. Questions ranged from physics based to mechanics based, largely electrical engineering focused. Time frame was about a week to return the completed questions based on the physical test kit and other packages.
