I was Contacted by HR prior to the interview to complete a typing and data entry test via my at home computer. The tests were not difficult; however, testing score expectations should be adjusted depending on the role of the incoming employee. For example; the same score should not be expected from a data entry applicant compared to a lab tech. HR really worked with me to test and re-test when necessary. I was interviewed by the accounting supervisor and CFO. It was not abrasive at all; in fact, the CFO made me feel very comfortable.The Interview took about 30 minutes, and then the accounting supervisor gave me an accounting test to complete. It took me about 30 minutes to complete.
