The hiring manager scheduled for 30 minutes showed up late and went over our time. During the interview was asking design question such as how do I design ... I answered his question with what I believe is the easiest way to solve the problem, but not most effective (I get paid for that). Come to find out during our in-person interview there was far too many people who were in a managerial position, and the basics of business were not complete. My honest impression is they should sell the company to someone who knows how to run a business.
