They make you sit and waste 2–3 damn hours just for a pathetic 5-minute interview round. On top of that, they don’t even bother offering a glass of water, no proper seating for candidates, and the whole process screams poor management. Absolutely no planning, zero respect for people’s time or work experience hands down one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had till now.
