Filled out application in person and online. Called a couple of times to see how hiring was doing. Went in person to check on status of my app. Got called for an interview and went, talked a couple different people involved in the hiring. Was called to attend a meeting of all the new hires. It was very informal. I think it was mostly to get an idea of your personality and ability to relate to people. Then there was a couple days of training. We were paid for the meeting and training.
