This was a strange and inconsistent interview. Somewhat unprofessional and disrespectful of the applicants time. I spoke to a person via Skype for an hour about my experiences and knowledge of Didi and Latin America. I was never given a Job Description even after I was told that they would send me one. They schedule an interview with two high-level product persons but booked the wrong time and then did not re-scheduled but canceled the whole interview. I was then told to forget the interview and instead submit a homework assignment. "Design product strategy and roadmap for Latam cashless society. " - Normally something like this takes up to 10 days of research, but they gave me 48 hours to complete it. I canceled important engagements to do this, and I did not receive any feedback for two weeks until I asked them on two occasions to which they responded that they would go with someone else. Only feedback they offer me was that I did not provide enough data.
