Way too many people involved in this process. Recruiter 1 reached out about a position via LinkedIn. I completed a 30-minute phone screening with Recruiter 2, during which I later found out I was provided incorrect information about the position and team. Then was contacted via WhatsApp by Recruiter 3 to set up the following interview. I completed a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager, which was fine. Then received an email from Recruiter 4 saying they were moving forward with other candidates, with absolutely zero feedback whatsoever. Responded to say thank you and ask for feedback on the interview and followed up a few days later, but have been completely ignored. No issues with not being the right fit, but find it hugely disrespectful to not provide candidates with any helpful feedback, especially when requested. Negative experience overall, felt like a waste of my time.
