I applied online, received an email asking me to submit my availability and had a phone interview later that day. During the interview, I was asked if I'm willing to reserve FULL availability every single weekend for the chance that I might be able to work. For the purpose of the interview, I said yes. When they found out that I wasn't available for another phone screen the following morning, I was no longer in consideration.
