Entrevista
The interview process begins with an introductory call with HR, followed by an online assessment to evaluate technical aptitude. Next comes a technical round with the team, where problem-solving and collaboration skills are assessed. Finally, there are two HR cultural fit rounds, conducted in separate stages, to ensure alignment with organizational values and workplace culture.
