I applied for a Software Engineering role. The process was a quick screening where I was asked about my skills and the reason why I'm looking to leave. A week later I did my first interview where it was mostly technical and behaviourial questions. A day later I got a call that I made it to the 2nd round. The 2nd round was a 30 minute interview with the Head of IT and HR, it was about culture fit. A week later I got an offer.
