Overall a really awkward interview process. Was asked to do a first interview where I expected to find out more about the position and opportunity. Instead it was an interview with 6 other people - including other lecturers. Basically the heads and the lecturers doubled as the recruiters. After 15 min or so of asking me questions about myself etc, they went on to a surprise "technical test" where each lecturer asked me random questions in their own domains. Some of the lectures we so fixated on their own domain which was disappointing for academics.
