The first phase is an objective English skill test. Secondly, you are judged on your ability to answer a long-form domain question. You will be provided ample time to research and provide a coherent answer. Then the interview is held.

Entrevista
Inhumane HR team with no moral values and ethics. They are a fraud organisation with no corporate standards . The interview people to get the work done from them in the name of assignment

This is an unprofessional organisation with inhumane HR team. one of my known was selected by them as a campus hire but they did not release the offer letter instead made the candidate work for several days in return of promising the release of joining letter.
Instead the HR mentally tortured the candidate and tried bullying with negative feedback.
Few days back they again asked the candidate to contact them so that they can utilise the candidate for another few more days.
I would suggest people to be aware of such people and do not entertain any bad behaviour from such organisation. Avoid them as much as possible
