Casual conversation with interesting questions on how I problem solve. Asked questions that assessed my learning style, and what drives me in business. It was very conversational, finding out about me as a person, as well as what I bring to the business. I enjoyed the questions about what challenges me, and what my expectations are in a business environment. They seemed to be invested in finding the right fit for them (and for me)
