The interview took place in their NJ office, which is their main location. It was nearly a full day in which I met with everyone and spent approximately an hour with each of the executive staff. I was given an assignment to do which took approximately 90 minutes. The assignment was to prepare a presentation for a mock-meeting with a client to present a photo content. I had to prepare a full PowerPoint presentation with ideas and potential expansion opportunities. I then had to present to most of the DBE staff and sell them the content idea as though they were the client. Overall, it was the most intense interview I ever experienced. They also required me to journey back to meet the President, which took a full day and I only spent about 15 minutes with the President.
