The interview process consists of two straightforward steps: Phone round – a 30–45 minute technical/behavioral screening with an engineer or recruiter.
Onsite – a full day of 4–6 in-depth interviews (technical, system design, coding, and cultural fit).
It’s very manageable if you’re well prepared!
