The process went really well. I had interviewed a year prior for a position but didn't get it. DE said they would keep my resume on file but I didn't know much about them so I wasn't sure if that was legit or not. Then this new position came up and they contacted me directly and invited me to interview for it. We set up a time to chat and I met with 5 other people, all of whom were very friendly and positive. I got the sense that I'd already proved my skills the year prior and during this interview they were looking to see if I was the right fit with the team. We got along fabulously, with great questions being asked by everyone. The interview went longer than it was scheduled to, but no one seemed to care - we were all just getting to know one another.
