Recruiter calls and you have a conversation with them about your skills. Then you meet with hiring manager over phone for 1/2 hour. Very short amount of time to meet. It felt rushed. Then recruiter sends you a sales homework - complete a sales plan. Once completed sent in, then a week or so later declined. Disappointing but it showed me I don’t want to work here.

Entrevista
Professional Attire required, timed aptitude test before meeting. Process was short and sweet. Everyone was friendly. I met with all management and the Director, as well as other QA's. Mostly a bunch of yes or no questions and i was asked to describe certain scenarios in my previous job related to quality. The entire interview last no more than 15-20 mins. I was also asked to come back for a second interview. The whole process was so easy and not intimidating whatsoever. I was even able to request more pay for the position and they were happy to accept and bring me on board.

They post most of their positions on LinkedIn only. And to apply you send an email directly to the company. No Applicant Tracking System. I received a reply the day after I submitted my resume. I also was forwarded several skills tests to complete prior to being considered for an interview. Once I submitted my tests, an interview was scheduled right away. Be advised, once you arrive for your interview, you will have to take several other tests. One is a timed and tests your logic/critical thinking. The other specifically tests your skills for the position. After my testing, my interview commenced. Mine was with 3 people, including the EVP. It was casual and friendly. No "behavioral" type questions. It is a smaller company (50 employees) so not alot of built in hierarchy. They were very open about where they were in the process, and let me know when I might hear back from them regarding a second interview.
