Initial Contact HR Interview: Selected candidates are contacted by HR for a preliminary phone interview. This conversation focuses on the candidate’s background, work experience, and interest in Digital Reality. 3. Technical Assessment Skills Test: Candidates may be asked to complete a technical assessment relevant to the role. This could include coding challenges, case studies, or problem-solving tasks. 4. First Round of Interviews Technical Interview: Candidates participate in a technical interview with team members or the hiring manager. This interview delves into the candidate’s technical expertise, understanding of relevant tools and technologies, and practical problem-solving abilities. Behavioral Interview: This interview assesses the candidate's soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability. The focus is on cultural fit and alignment with the company's values. 5.
