four rounds of interview, the forth one is with the boss in san francisco. it is important to have a good personality, they are looking for a good fit. the first interview is a hour, the second is 45 minutes, and the last is 40 minutes. They ask similar questions in the third round because they are different people.

Not difficult, just basic questions, but no technical questions.
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
