The interview was fairly decent for me, it consisted of a design task - to design a homepage based on a brief you get from the Head of Design. Your job was to interpret the brief, but also assess its quality. This meant you shouldn't abide by the brief 100% since there were sections "planted" for you to say: Hey, this is not good UX practice, I'd suggest we do this. Zoom meeting with Art Director. It was 20min meeting, friendly person, presents the position and open for questions. It was not so much technical, I was asked to present strongest portfolio pieces and he had questions on project details.
