We will take as long as needed to find the right fit. We paid you $500 to complete the writing assignments, and we did not set the expectation that feedback would be given :). Projects are a great way for us to really test and see your work in action. We pay you to do the work so that it will not be a waste of time if you are not hired. We always, and will continue to talk about our values and try to get to know you as a person. We believe that finding someone that fits into our culture is more important than skills on a resume. We are a training and education company and believe we can teach you marketing. We cannot teach character and values, though. They are and will continue to be a staple of our hiring process.
