The initial chat I had was with a recruiter that seemed highly unorganized and unprofessional. The main purpose of this conversation was to ensure I'd read the job description and was comfortable with what it entailed, which was a bizarre experience to say the least. My interviews with people from the team went exceedingly well, and I received nothing but positive feedback. After not hearing back post decision deadline I reached out to the recruiter who essentially admitted that I had been forgotten about and the team is now full but did encourage me to apply again in future - they're confident I'd be hired as I was well liked. My rating is neutral because I enjoyed most of my chats with the team members, but seemingly losing out on a role because the recruiter messed up somewhere certainly leaves me feeling discouraged from ever applying or recommending DO in future.

The whole process was great. This was probably the best interview experience that I ever had. People here were so comforting and cooperative in the interview. They made me feel at ease and it all went like a very healthy conversation. Kudos!
