Interview process started with standard initial phone interview with HR. By the end of the conversation, they moved me on to the next round and set up time to bring me into the office for an in-person interview. I came in a few days later and met with 6 different team members across various seniority levels, from the account team, creative team, etc. The interview lasted 2 hours.
After following up with HR twice, I never heard back from them one way or another. Sending custom thank you notes to the team alone took quite a bit of investigative work tbh, since many of the people I met with asked for specific follow up examples while rushing out, and were not originally included on my original interview itinerary list, so they rattled off their first name and did not bring a business card, saying oh it's just "xyz@digitas..." and dashing out the door while the next person already jumped in.
I'm disappointed to not have received an offer, though far more disappointed in the lack of professionalism and response in following up to let me know they would not be moving forward with my candidacy after investing the time to come in and follow up. Typical of big agency hiring experience, the recruiter was super helpful, really flaterring of my experience, pushy to get me in and then.. crickets.
Pretty much what I thought of them before I interviewed, and they definitely did nothing to disprove their questionable reputation in my book.
