Applied online, recruiter reached out a few days later and scheduled phone screening. We discussed my experience and two teams that were hiring. She forwarded my application to one team and I interviewed with 3 people. Entire process took about two weeks and received an offer within 2 days of my last interview. Recruiter was super friendly and told me to call them directly and let them know how I felt after each interview if I wanted to. I applied to this company 5 times over a span of 4 years and didn’t even get an interview until my 5th try.

One to one interview with a Project Manager, then a follow up interview with an offer. Very poorly managed process, interviewed by a contractor the first time around who was only available at 5PM (not ideal after a full days work), slow feedback/ their in house recruitment team are slow in getting back to you. Role offered was the kind of projects I told them I was not interested in which made me question there desire to get me on board. Low salary in terms of offer.
