First i was apply online at naukri.com then they called me and first i gave IQ test. when i was clear that then first round took my 1:1 interview by HR, then second round took by Process Head and last interview took by US Team head. And 2 days later they called me that you are selected for the bid strategist profile.

The interview was straight forward and done round robin style. I met with four different people with the department who asked standard structured interview questions. Because of the position the questions were logic based and not behavioral. Mostly questions about past experiences.
