Their location was hard to find, so I was almost late for the interview, so be sure to include plenty of time to find the location. Once I got there, I was met by one of the staff, who introduced himself and then announced that we'd be having a video conference with one of their managers in Colorado. I was surprised by this, but perhaps that was the point. The interview itself went well, the interviewers were kind and not too serious, and the questions were thought-provoking. I felt respected and leaved feeling trusting in the company. Sadly I didn't make it to the next level of interviews, but I would recommend others to try them. This position had a call center element, but they explained the low volume, high duration of each call, which was an interesting contrast with other support positions, so I wouldn't let that deter you if you are considering.
