Entrevista
A very thorough and challenging interview process. The business is clearly full of very intelligent people and they want to make absolutely sure you know what you're doing and can demonstrate your experience as well as be a good fit with the team and culture!
3 stage interview process:
1) Initial HR screening (Helen) which involved a quick review of CV and discussion about salary expectations, along with some very direct questions about motivations to apply for the role.
2) Competency based interview with CTO (Raj) and PMO Manager (Rosy). There were a lot of questions at this stage and the focus was definitely on my technical capabilities and experience.
3) Final stage with HR Director (Theresa) and CEO (Ian). This felt less like an interview and more of a chat about the business, its direction and my thoughts about how I would develop the role. This was also my opportunity to ask questions that I had not had the chance to in the previous two stages. I never expected to interview with the CEO but it was a great experience, Ian (and everyone I interviewed with) was incredibly approachable and I genuinely felt as though I would work well with the team.
Communication at each stage was very quick, all of the interviews were set up very quickly. I had no issues with the process.
