1.Recruiter Screen: Usually a 15-30 minute call to review your experience, salary expectations, and overall communication skills.
2.Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper look into your core competencies to determine if you can successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.
I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process. I was informed by the recruiter, Lakshmanan, that I had been selected for the role. However, after that, there was no further communication despite multiple follow-ups over more than two weeks. Calls were not answered, and messages were not responded to.
Being told you are selected and then receiving no update or closure is unprofessional and can be frustrating for candidates who are actively planning their next steps. A simple update or clear communication would have made a big difference.
I would suggest improving communication and providing timely updates to candidates, even if there are delays or changes in hiring decisions.
The interview i attented from morning 11am to night 7pm which is a worst experience following the HR round and Assessment test and at last client round but after finishing each and every round at last the HR said "We dont know the reason but non of you guys have selected " she said and left without knowing proper reason how can they reject us.
