I was called to interview with the floor manager for the accessories department. The one on one interview lasted about 30 minutes. She asked questions about my previous sales experience, and experience with meeting sales goals. These were very important to her.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.
