The lady that interviewed me was very cordial. Was more curious on what it was like working for UBER (my current employer) Other then that it was just the regular questions you get when you go into an interview. What your availability is, what you think your strong/weak spots are. What you enjoy about your job. Why you want to work at Dillards. etc

What it was like driving people around texas. Would I be able to meet the sales per hour standards they hold their employees too. Went over general rules of employee conduct, schedules, training etc.

The interview was quick to set up. It lasted about a little over 30 minutes took a few days to here back with an offer. Very friendly hiring manager explained the role and incentives in detail.
