Entrevista
They have you apply in store and take a personality test. This is just for management to get an idea if you would be a good fit but if you have a strong resume they will not hold it against you. The interview will be be to get to know you and basic things like availability. Dillard's is looking for sales people who strive in a competitive atmosphere so make sure to make it clear you are goal orientated and that you can basically sell ice to an eskimo.

Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
