Applied through the Dillon Consulting Engineering Graduate Scholarship. The winner of the scholarship also got a full-time job offer at pretty much any of their locations so treated it like a job application. Submitted initial application in November, submitted video answering a bunch of questions in December, got an email in January saying I was shortlisted and had a behavioural/HR interview in January that lasted about an hour. Pretty typical questions, they said during the interview that in the next week or two they'll set up a technical interview with people in the engineering field I was hoping to go into, but never heard back despite multiple followups. Have not seen anything on Dillon's socials about winners of the scholarship so unsure what happened.

It was good, seemed very fair. Got offered the job but already had something lined up. It was a two step process where I had a call with an interview coach which was different than other experiences. The coach gave me tips on what to say in person.
