Interview consists of initial Email correspondence, standardized assessment involving behavioral and professional capacity, followed by at least 2 rounds of interview.
Typical behavioral interview for the first round. Was not selected for the next round, however, the interviewer has been highly professional and collected.
Detailed information regarding the company culture and operations was offered, which felt most informative and encouraging.

Typical behavioral interview questions around past experience of success / failure, personal strengths, etc. Interviewer has been very kind and facilitating. Expect at least another round of interview with the hiring director should you get pass the first one.
